The app

Memento lets you keep photos, videos and notes as memories on your device. You own everything you add. Your content stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Free plan and Premium

• Free: unlimited memories on up to 3 boards, with a small banner ad on the Home and board screens.
• Premium (monthly or yearly subscription): unlimited boards, no ads, and Premium features described in the app.
• Founder's Lifetime (one-time purchase, offered for a limited time): permanent access to Memento's core Premium experience. Features with ongoing server costs, such as cloud storage or AI, may be subject to a reasonable fair-use allowance.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies.

If Premium ends

Your memories never become inaccessible. If your subscription ends, every board and memory stays viewable and editable. Only Premium features, such as creating more than 3 boards, stop being available.

Acceptable use

Don't use Memento to store content that is illegal where you live. Shared features, when available, may not be used to harass others.

No warranty

Memento is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep your memories safe, but device loss or failure can cause data loss. Please keep backups of anything irreplaceable.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
